JOB DESCRIPTION –

Operations:

  • Manage all stock inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained
  • Ensure store cleanliness as per brand guidelines
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising change/display is done correctly, timely executing monthly marketing animation and activation
  • Ensure smooth operation and execution of new launches in store
  • Manage and be present at all times to drive workshops & store events
  • Be the first point of contact regarding customer complaints, be responsible for escalation when needed
  • Roster management
  • Ensure accuracy of half-yearly Audit check

Sales:

  • Work with retail team to achieve store target
  • Partner with Retail Exe/Trainer on individual sales associates training to motivate team to achieve their sales target & KPIs
  • Drive and grow store traffic – conversion & revisit rate
  • Coach sales associates in a timely manner to improve individual KPIs

Reports:

  • Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly reports
  • Ensure timely submission of comms payout

Team Management:

  • Build a strong and cohesive positive team spirit, ensuring high team morale
  • Manage sales associates, including counselling & management of all behavioural & conduct issues
  • Ensure smooth orientation and integration of new team members
  • Work with Training dept on development & upgrading of sales associates’ skillsets
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional, objective position for all issues pertaining to staff and all matters
  • Ensure store associates’ grooming meets brand guidelines

Requirements

  • Willing to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays
  • 48-hour work week, 6 days off per month
  • Minimum ‘O’ level/diploma or equivalent level of education
  • Additional education in relevant field or extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products is a plus
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry
  • Adequate computer literacy, proficiency with Excel and ability to read and reply emails
  • Sales-driven and proactive attitude
  • Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Well-organized and committed to accuracy of details at all levels
