Luxury Luggage and Bag Brand Ambassador

JOB DESCRIPTION –

• 5-day work week, 44 hours weekly
• Provide quality customer service in shop and maintain brand image
• Introduce products professionally and in an engaging manner
• Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Attend to customer queries and provide merchandise information to enhance customer experience
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
• Maintain in-store retail display & customer service
• Monogramming and simple repair service (training provided)
• Back-of-house housekeeping maintenance and new inventory receipt

Requirements –

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Able and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable to stand for long hours
• Good command of English
• Mature-thinking, independent, and passionate
• Immediate availability is preferred
