Luxury Luggage and Bag Brand Ambassador
JOB DESCRIPTION –
- 5-day work week, 44 hours weekly
- Provide quality customer service in shop and maintain brand image
- Introduce products professionally and in an engaging manner
- Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Attend to customer queries and provide merchandise information to enhance customer experience
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
- Maintain in-store retail display & customer service
- Monogramming and simple repair service (training provided)
- Back-of-house housekeeping maintenance and new inventory receipt
Requirements –
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Able and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable to stand for long hours
- Good command of English
- Mature-thinking, independent, and passionate
- Immediate availability is preferred
