Luxury Luggage and Bag Brand Store Supervisor
Job Description
- 5-day work week, 44 hours weekly
- Oversee smooth operation of store, proactively ensuring sufficient stocks and staff at all times
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports, conduct accurate audits as scheduled
- Be responsible for correct Visual Merchandising display, smoothly executing new launches
- Lead brand ambassadors to build a positive team spirit
- Motivate brand ambassadors to achieve sales targets, counsel team members to minimise disciplinary/conduct issues, if any
- Be first point of contact for any customer grievances and escalate if needed
- Act as a positive role model in sales and customer service to brand ambassadors under your care
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
- Monogramming and simple repair service (training provided)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, preferably in luxury industry, with proven store and team management experience
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Able and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable to stand for long hours
- Good command of English
- Objective, mature-thinking, independent, and passionate.
- Immediate availability is preferred
