  • Highly customer-oriented, motivated, meticulous and results oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong Client Communication and advanced trouble shooting skill.
  • Ability to multi-task and provide calm and analytical customer service under pressure. - Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools - Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken), knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Job Description

  • Ensure efficiency in HR delivery and be a subject matter expert in all HR matters.

Job Description

  • Control and manage high value and complex claims referred from either the service account managers or partners.
  • Provide medical advice or claims decisions based on policy wording interpretation as necessary. Conduct medical review for cases in doubt or when a previous claim decision is challenged.
