Job Description

  • Ensure efficiency in HR delivery and be a subject matter expert in all HR matters.
  • Manage full spectrum of HR generalist duties which includes, but not limited to.
  • Consolidate monthly payroll instructions and perform payroll checks, support payroll audits and related reporting.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, standard operating procedures, letter templates, forms and tools, as well as manage HR contents on SharePoint – a common HR repository.
  • Oversee the overall day-to-day HR operations and functions.

  • Recruitment - establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire workforce which includes conducting interviews, job offering, orientation, compensation and benefit etc.

  • Coordinate with IT support on IT related matters such as user access matrix configuration, basic troubleshooting, etc.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and insurance renewal etc.
  • Handle all licensing and regulatory matters to facilitate the business operational needs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive human resources generalist experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or related discipline.
  • Proven experience with operational people, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement and compensation and benefits.
  • Strong business acumen with a clear focus on delivering solutions and insightful advice on people and business issues.
  • Strong personal presence and credibility, complemented by excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management to effectively manage the demands of multiple business stakeholders.
  • Experience in creative problem solving, influencing, change management and eliminating barriers at any organisation level.
  • Prior experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
  • Familiar with InfoTech is a must.

  • Responsible for defining core strategy, key targets and lead development projects including web developments.
  • Responsible for building and managing regional e-commerce strategy and partnership to optimize opportunities for Online, House-brands and Retail Stores.

Requirements:
  • Possess Diploma/Degree in any field or relevant qualifications with at least 5 years of related marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce landscape and in-store retail marketing an advantage.
  • Relevant work experience in social media marketing and WeChat, Xiaohongshu account management experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience with content topic planning, copywriting and social campaign planning.
  • Possess good analytical skills with good business acumen.

Job Description

  • Control and manage high value and complex claims referred from either the service account managers or partners.
  • Provide medical advice or claims decisions based on policy wording interpretation as necessary. Conduct medical review for cases in doubt or when a previous claim decision is challenged.
  • Responsible for claims cost management by identifying and evaluating potentially fraudulent claims or claims wastages and abuses and taking appropriate action to rectify the anomalies.
  • Audit the claims payment decisions and adherence to processes made by the service account managers, the TPAs and partners.
  • Prepare audit reports with recommended corrective action and work with the team members to drive the recommendations through and ensure actions are delivered.
  • Oversee and validate controlled claims referral.
  • Respond to queries from partners on product or claims related matters.
  • Support the training to the service account managers and the staff at TPAs or partners.
  • Provide feedback to the products team on claims related issues such as policy wordings challenges. Support on-going new business and product development as required.
  • Oversee the IEMA operations as provided by the assistance companies for on-going cases.
Requirements:
  • Medical or Nursing qualification/background is advantageous for this role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in handling health claims at a Managerial level. Able to identify fraud, waste and abuse in health claims.
